Volt has an estimated 2 month temporary position open for a Staff Accountant for our Seattle Client.

Your Job Responsibilities:

• Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
• Responsible for client contract compliance regarding requirements for reconciliation and potential audits.
• Prepare journal entries
• Cash Batch
• Research packet resolution

This is an estimated 2 month temporary position located in Tacoma, WA and offered through Volt Accounting & Finance, Puget Sound. Job Requirements

Staff Accountant Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in Accounting is required.
• Must be highly skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets.
• Course work in medical billing is recommended and highly preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Ability to understand accounting processes and reconciliation requirements.
• Superior accuracy, organization and time management skills.
• Superior communication skills.
