Job Responsibilities

As a SeniorMEP Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for:
  • All aspects of MEP project design and engineering from inception to project completion
  • Assisting drafters in developing the structural design of products using drafting tools or computer-assisted design (CAD) or drafting equipment and software
  • Researching, designing, evaluating, installing, operating, and maintaining mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles
  • Recommending design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions
  • Conducting research that tests or analyzes the feasibility, design, operation, or performance of equipment, components, or systems

Job Requirements

Our ideal Mechanical Engineer will haveexperience doing projects in the Commercial, Institutional, K-12 schools, data center, healthcare, and big box retail markets. In addition we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with the ability to effectively interact with clients as well as other disciplines throughout the AEC industry such as architects, general contractors and subcontractors.

Additional requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited school
  • 3+ years of applicable experience. Preferably an individual with 15+ years experience for leadership.
  • Significant design experience using AutoCAD, Revit, or Microstation for projects in the commercial, Institutional, and large box retail markets
  • Professional Engineer (PE)and LEED credentials, stronglypreferred
