This role will seek to understand how people, processes, and technology interact to perform the fundamental activities of the business in both current and future states, and model these interactions to guide technology strategy in order to better achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the business. We work cross-functionally to understand the linkage between T-Mobiles business goals, business architectures, and technology architectures.We are looking for an enterprise architect-minded resource who is interested in a hands-on solution architect role focused on inspiring collaboration among numerous silo architects and divergent solution options. Put simply: "We want the best, brightest, broadest architects willing to do hands-on project work, with a mind for strategy". Your collaboration, consensus-building, and influencing skills will be put to the test.The qualified candidate for this architect position will be in a cross-functional and cross-organizational architect role working across all of Enterprise IT, with the intent to improve communication across the organization and introduce alternatives that better position T-Mobiles architectural landscape. Key Functions Compile, deliver, and evangelize end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide the evolution of infrastructure, products, and services by applying depth and breadth of expertise in multiple related disciplines. Compile, develop, and deliver architectural guardrails; influence stakeholders and ensure compliance with architectural guardrails within many technology domains that support the needs of products teams to reliably launch products and services. Drive the evolution of infrastructure, processes, products, and services by convincing decision makers Mentor team members on best practices in area of expertise. Grasp and communicate big-picture enterprise-wide issues to team. Serve as a subject matter expert to guide technology strategy by influencing decision makers across multiple domains and working with peer Architects in each domain.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:Desired experience includes Enterprise Architecture including experience with application portfolio management, ITIL practices Front Office customer systems development including Web, IVR, Billing, Middleware, CRM Back Office ERP development including SAP HR, Finance and Supply Chain as well as Back Office packaged applications including CRM, Content Management, EDW/BI, Marketing and Campaign Management Infrastructure technologies and toolset engineering spanning platform, storage, server, database Emerging technologies including cloud, mobility & social collaborationEducation
Minimum Required

• Bachelors Degree. Engineering, Business Administration, or Related Field
