We seek a Pharmacy Assistant/Driver to assist with administrative and various other related duties in the pharmacy including delivering medications to various group homes and clinics as needed.
The schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday from 1:00pm-5:30pm.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle mail and invoices, distribute and file as required.
- Answer telephones and direct calls.
- Order office supplies
- Prepare shipments and mailings.
- Communicate with customers by phone and in-person
- Data entry
- Process and file paperwork
- Check inventory
- Various other related duties as assigned
Educational or Skills Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to use automated systems and office equipment at an acceptable level ofproficiency.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to understand and follow routine to moderately complex verbal instructions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Effective at working independently and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to remain flexible to change.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must have a Washington State Pharmacy Assistant license from the Board of Pharmacy or be willing to get it if hired.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a clean driving background.
