Job Description

Sodexo is seeking for an Inventory Control Manager for our new sale in corporate services located in Seattle, Washington . Sodexo offers Multi-Unit Client Employee Service Centers C- stores. This position will support approx. 10 employee service centers in the Puget Sound with additional single unit located in South Carolina. Employee service centers offer retail gifts and sundries as well and multitude of services including dry cleaning, discount coupons, movie tickets, DVD rentals, etc.

Main responsibility is to supervise employees and manage the daily Warehouse operation, responsible for shipping, receiving and distribution for 10 locations. Concise inventory controls, ordering, primary vendor contact, etc. This role will supervise Sodexo employees, must follow Sodexo programs, standard safety policies & financial administrative duties; also this role will ensure Sodexo compliance procedure and will collaborates with the General Manager and Area District Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have:

* 3-5 years in a multi-unit stores or large single retail store distribution experience.
* Inventory & warehouse exp is a plus
* Must have experience with ordering, shipping, receiving, mailing and packaging in a large warehouse setting.
* Candidate must have exceptional customer service, professional, personable, good organization & communication skills.
* Experience working and maintain strong relationship with multiple vendors
* Experience managing and training hourly staff
* Ability to adapt to company culture
* Able to multitask and working with inventory logs
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Knowledge of MS Excel
* This position requires some driving, a clear driving record is desired.

First line supervisory position with responsibilities for inventory personnel who compile records of amount, kind, and value of merchandise, material, or stock on hand. Supervises the distribution and network of inventory to maximize efficiencies. Analyzes distribution and storage of goods to minimize costs and maximize profitability. Forecasts inventory levels, equipment and manpower requirements in order to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED

Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
