Field Sales Representative - SaaS
The Field Sales Representativewill play a key role in the growth and expansion of BSI Supply Chain Solutions services and product offerings. Responsible for sales and consulting services to include business development, design, implementation and delivery of governmental supply chain security compliance programs within the C-TPAT, PIP and AEO and other SAFE framework programs. Ongoing account management after the sale is closed will be critical to ensure ongoing satisfaction with BSI professional services and its products.
Essential Responsibilities:
- To promote, position and sell BSI Supply Chain Solutions products and professional services to prospects and customers.
- Perform in-depth client / prospect needs analysis resulting in full solutions proposals.
- Present and convey a high level of technical knowledge within the C-TPAT, AEO, PIP and other SAFE framework programs.
- Actively drive and manage the solution evaluation stage of the sales process.
- Create and author technical proposals based on prospects supply chain security and trade compliance needs.
- Assist in the delivery of product solutions to meet the needs of prospects and customers.
- Identify all issues of assigned accounts to assure complete satisfaction through all stages of the sales and delivery process.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the BSI organizations presence in emerging markets.
Education/qualifications
- B.A. / B.S. or equivalent job experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain Security and consultative sales
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of C-TPAT, PIP, AEO and SAFE framework programs is preferred.
