Director of Home Health Professional Services Innovative Senior Care by Brookdale Senior Living

Innovative Senior Care, part of Brookdale Senior Living, has an outstanding opportunity for a RN to serve as the Director of Home Health Professional Services for our in-house home health agency serving our company-owned ILs and ALs in theSeattle / Tacoma area. The agency will behoused at our beautiful retirement community Foundation House in Federal Way and service all our our retirement communities in the Seattle and Tacoma area.

The ISC Director of Home Health Professional Services (DPS), is a registered nurse with at least two years of recent home health management experience. The DPS is responsible for the business operations of the agency which includes planning, organizing, developing and directing the management and administration of the agency in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, standards, and guidelines as well as agency policies and procedures. The DPS may also provide mentorship and guidance of clinical guidelines to the field RN Case Managers as needed. Performs all functions in a professional and ethical manner and collaborates with other members of the health care team to ensure the provision of quality patient care.

Job Requirements

Candidate Qualifications
* Must be a registered nurse in good standing in the state of Washington
* Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing preferred
* Must have three (3) years minimum experience as a R.N. with at least the most recent two (2) years working actively in Home Health
* Management experience required
* Must have experience in a Medicare Home Health setting
* Must be proficient in OASIS and Medicare regulations
* Excellent communication skills required
* Computer skills are a plus
