The right candidates will be responsible for managing the entire sales process and communicating with the customer from the first interaction through the close of Escrow. Detailed Job Description and Duties: We are seeking an individual who will manage the entire home sales process which includes: greeting and qualifying visitors, demonstrating the models/homes/homesites, documenting the transaction, tracking progress of loan, options and construction, responding to internal and external requests for information, maintenance of all sales files, generating traffic to communities, realtor networking and communications,

Job Requirements

Education level: Associate`s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous Work experience required: Minimum requirements are 2 or more years of sales experience, preferably in new home sales with a production homebuilder. Additional knowledge, skills and/or abilities: Minimum requirements are a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills. Must have a vehicle, a valid drivers license and be willing to travel.
