Salary: Starting Range $21.45-$25.00

Carlyle Care Center, a 151-bed assisted living facility, specializes in the care of mentally ill adults. Services provided include: assistance with activities of daily living, medication assistance, meals, housekeeping, laundry, appointment coordination, and recreational activities.

GENERAL SUMMARY
This position works with residents, Carlyle clinical staff, and outside providers to assist residents to attain and maintain their highest functional ability and health. This position is responsible for supervision of nine Nursing Assistants, development of care plans, communication with resident providers, and physical assessments. Join our dynamic clinical team! Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a registered nurse in Washington and have a current Washington State RN license in good standing. BSN preferred.

• Must have experience in a care setting, with preference given to applicants with mental health experience and supervisory experience.

• Applicant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Applicant must have the ability to effectively communicate with and work with outside agencies. Must be able to navigate computer for electronic charting, e-mail communication, and documentation of resident records.

• Applicant must have a current Drivers license and clean driving record.

• Applicant must be able to successfully pass a Washington State DSHS and FBI fingerprint background check.
