Sales & Merchandising Associate (Entry Level)
With our Corporate office located in Chesterfield, Missouri, Manna Pro Products LLC is a manufacturer and marketer of animal nutrition and care products. Manna Pro seeks talented, highly motivated and energetic employees who seek the type of career challenges and responsibilities found at many much larger companies. Manna Pro operates nationwide with a seasoned sales staff and currently has seven mill locations throughout the United States.

Position summary:

To sell our products to distributors, dealers, and other customers.

Position responsibilities:

• Travel extensively within the territory by car.
• Grow profit level of current accounts.
• Aid in prospecting new dealer and distributor accounts.
• Sell Manna Pro products through distributors to their retailers.
• Provide sales/merchandising and field support to National Account customers.
• Have excellent working knowledge of Manna Pro products and their application.
• Set up product knowledge/feeder meetings and other events for end user customers.
• Provide feedback to Territory Manager daily/weekly as needed.
• Report quality control problems to Territory Manager.
• Work truckload sales.
• Work trade shows.
• Become aware of subtle changes in respective markets and communicate to Sales Director.
• Compare prices to competition weekly/monthly.

Job Requirements

Sales & Merchandising Associate (Entry Level) Essential skills and experience:

• Some Feed Industry or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently
• Customer service orientation
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Non-essential skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or animal science preferred
