Requisition Summary

Lead projects supporting PACCAR Leasing efforts in the development and expansion of customer and franchise focused technology and service offerings. Create marketing programs that expand utilization of PACCAR Leasing product offerings such as PacTrac, PacFuel, and PacTax. Research, recommend and implement new functionality of current offerings or complimentary value added services.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

Lead project management activities to execute new product launches.

Initiate marketing actions to influence sales outcomes which achieve division sales and market share goals.

Maintain understanding of customer requirements.

Work with various departments of PLC and PACCAR to develop, write and contribute to project plans, timelines, and financial implications of new or expanded leasing programs.

Identify and coordinate product actions to maximize PACCAR Leasing value and maximize customer satisfaction.

Support and monitor projects throughout their development and implementation to achieve successful project completion.

Present and interact with various audiences, including division management, customers, franchises, supplier, internal departments, and other PACCAR entities.

Support customer events, trade shows, and industry conferences.

Lead and participate in project teams/duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, or Marketing required.

Masters Degree in Business Administration preferred.

Knowledge about PACCAR Leasing products, competitors, and the transportation Class 8 and Medium Duty industry.

Self-starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Six Sigma greenbelt or blackbelt certification preferred.

Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent project management skills.

Effective in interfacing with senior managers within PACCAR, Dealers, customers and suppliers.

Willing to travel up to 25%.
