What you’ll do:

• Primary responsibility for support of the assigned Division construction teams in achieving continuous improvement in product quality

Responsibilities:

• Support construction quality audits.  Review CQA (construction quality assurance) reports and assess future needs and training opportunities.
• Assist assigned Divisions in the development of continuous improvement roadmaps based on CQA results.
• Deploy training to assist assigned Divisions in the achievement of CI roadmap goals and objectives.
• Train field personnel on best practices to improve construction quality.
• Assist in the deployment of construction certification training programs.
• Provide support in the development of solutions to climate or code requirements.
• Assist in training and support related to the launch of new construction products or technologies.

Job Requirements

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction
• Strong knowledge of residential construction techniques, construction documents, and building codes
• Broad knowledge of structural elements and product installation means and methods
• Knowledge of lean, value engineering and costing principles and practices
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
