Computing Service Order Agent at Bellevue

Job Classification: Contract Agent in-scope duties:- Follow documented processes for creating and processing service orders.- Close out service orders upon completion of all tasks- Provide feedback to knowledge management system to add or clarify its process content- Review defects to improve the level of quality for service orders being processed- Maintain an acceptable level of proficiency, accuracy.- Dress professionally - Agents will be required to have access to Company systems and tools - Agents will work within a service desk environment to process the following service orders for IMACD services:o Service orders for moves, acquire, changes, and disposals of computing hardware and software.o Service requests for office ergonomic equipment. o Service requests for acquisition for computing low value assets. o Support for status or updates of requests/orders - All requests will be received electronically. - Support Lean+ initiative for continuous quality improvement- Other transactional work requested by Boeing- Quality and Productivityo Delivers products and services that consistently meet or exceed expectations with little or no rework required; uses metrics and tools to manage quality and identify root causes; strives for continuous quality improvements; uses time and resources effectively; produces value-added contributions; strives for more efficient work processes- Customer Satisfactiono Builds long-term relationships with customers; understands customers current and future needs; meets customer commitments and keeps customers informed; seeks and uses customer feedback- People Working Togethero Effectively participates in accomplishing team goals; creates group cohesion; Join TEKsystems and get your career on the fast track.
