Telecom Site Acquisition Specialist at Bellevue

NextGen Global Resources has an immediate opportunityin Bellevue, Washington for a Site Acquisition Specialist. This position is a 6 month contract with strong potential for extension. The Site Acquisition Specialist gets a car, gas card, laptop and air card. The pay rates are up to $33- $34 local, up to $36 split PD non local. The candidate must be a go getter and self starter and have the ability to manage multiple sites.***MUST HAVE WIRELESS EXPERIENCE TO APPLY***

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

The Site Acquisition Specialist will oversee the site acquisitions including site identification, analysis and qualification through zoning approval.Duties

• The Site Acquisition Specialist will oversees site acquisitions including site identification, analysis, and qualification through completion of zoning approval.
• Coordinate with project management teams to ensure sites meet customer requirements.
• Negotiate the leasing and/or purchasing of sites.
• Obtain all necessary permitting/zoning approval from national and local agencies.
• Participates in special projects as required.
• May have supervisory responsibilities.
• Participate in special projects as required.
• The Site Acquisition Specialist is responsible for driving to, from and between works sites or business locations.

Qualifications:

• TheSite Acquisition Specialistis required to have a four-year degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience.
• 5-8 years of related construction experience, including supervisory experience.
• Must have experience in the wireless industry
