Job Classification: Contract The HR COE Operations team provides central operations and customer support services for HR Centers of Excellence programs including Staffing, Talent Management, Benefits and Mobility and Learning & Development. The services we provide for these programs include customer support, operations execution and tool administration, business analysis and next generation tool evolution and processes implementations. The Global HR Operations organization provides central services and support for their HR function around the world. As a team, our goal is to improve the employee experience, enable HR focus through scale and reliability and provide an efficient platform for delivering key HR programs & services.As an Operations Program Manager you will have the opportunity to execute on business processes, readiness programs and customer support strategies that will drive successful execution of the in scope program initiatives. Programs in scope: - Company Poll- Job Title Taxonomy Key Accountabilities: Business Operations Excellence:- Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the in scope programs production tools and processes and driving resolution of customer support escalations- Operate as escalation point to support team to assess potential systems issues- Partner with IT delivery teams to determine systems issues impacts, workaround options, and fix priorities in production environment.- Create and maintain process documentation for in scope programs global processes and readiness materials Readiness and Implementation:- Act as main point of contact to key program and partner stakeholders through the ROB of the in scope programs- Define system training, content and communications strategy and represent needs to key partners and stakeholders for implementation as a part of overall readiness activities- Define engagement & readiness needs strategy for tool experts community within Operations Associate support roles world-wide- Foster close engagement and communication with key stakeholders across HR, IT and other corporate functions to ensure cross-team awareness and process alignment with the in scope programs systems and customer support- Participate in UAT for new releases and ensure understanding of all new functionality - Understand all known issues and ensure potential user confusion points are tracked and infused into readiness planningSkill-set/Qualifications:- Demonstrated experience in project management, systems or operations related training development. Experience leading or creating customer service support models and experience participating in end user testing preferred.- Successful candidate will be detail oriented, able to work in a fast paced environment and remain calm in stressful circumstances, and will be comfortable communicating to multiple audiences and settings (Both large and small audiences, executives, etc.)- Prior experience working in operations or HR systems support role and Bachelors degree strongly preferred- Proficient managing large data files in Excel and Access Join TEKsystems and get your career on the fast track.
