Ensign is growing in Washington! We are excited to be building our in-house therapy program at Mountain View Rehabilitation and Care Center, and we seek a part time OTA. This position could lead to full time. Mountain View is a beautiful 82 bed facility located in Marysville, about 30 miles north of Seattle. True to its name, the Mountain View campus overlooks the rugged peaks of North Cascades National Park to the Northeast and the waters of Puget Sound to the Southwest. As one of just two facilities in the fast-growing Marysville area, Mountain View has potential to quickly become a great contributor to the community. Mountain View Rehabilitation and Care receives support from Ensign Services who provides a wide range of clinical and operational assistance to over 100 independently owned healthcare operations located throughout the United States. Experience/Qualifications:Licensed Occupational Therapy AssistantNew graduates are welcome
Duties:

• Treat patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and adhere to facility documentation guidelines
• Record treatments given and progress notes in medical record
• Assist in maintaining department
• Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area
• Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems and plans
• Participate in training programs for other staff in the facility
• Record treatment charges per the facility policy and procedures
• Instruct patients families or nursing staff in maintenance program
