Guest Services Agent / Night Laundry - WorldMark - Port Townsend, Washington at Port Townsend

Job Description

Greet guests, check photo ID, and issue keys to late night guest arrivals.

Answer telephones with proper telephone etiquette and respond accordingly.

Receive guest requests and/or complaints and take appropriate actions whenever possible to resolve the issues.

Communicate with other departments to assure any pending items are resolved ASAP during the next shift.

Check pool at 9:00pm Adult swim & Close at 10:00pm.

Responsible for laundry duties which include, separating, washing, drying, ironing, folding towels and linens.

Assist with linen inventory

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and laundry room maintenance.

Assist customers with linen exchanges and questions.

Job Requirements

• School Diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment as well as cleaning techniques.
• Moderate physical effort (lift/carry up to 50 lbs)
• Frequent lifting, pushing of supplies and equipment.
• Prolonged standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending and kneeling.
• Must be able to work independently and follow instructions regarding priorities of tasks or functions.
• Must learn the standards for cleanliness and maintenance of all common areas inside and outside.
