HR Specialist at Seattle

Job Description

Ajilon Professional Staffing is currently looking for an HR specialist in the South Seattle area.

 

This is an opportunity to join a team of HR professionals to help navigate the shifting culture of a growing organization with a long standing history in the Seattle area. This role reports directly to the Director of HR, and is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

 

Qualified Candidates:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or IT

- Minimum of 5 years as an HR Generalist

- Minimum of 3 years experience in HRIS and other databases evaluating, analyzing and advising on data from those systems

- Experience supporting other departments and building relationships over the telephone and via email

- Exceptional communication skills including ability to explain complex HR data
