Sr. HVAC Project Manager (Construction Management)
Job Responsibilities
As a Senior HVAC Project Manager you will provide leadership consistent with Company culture, performance expectations, and core values. You will also be responsible for developing new business for the Company in line with the Company’s strategy and long-term goals.
Specific responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Developing conceptual estimates at early stages of a project
- Developing and responding to RFQ and RFP’s
- Developing Vendor and Subcontractor RFP’s
- Accurately maintaining and updating the budget throughout preconstruction
- Communicating and turning over complete, detailed estimate to construction team
- Performing construction feasibility studies on third party designs
- Consulting with clients on the design of their facility
- Facilitating the design process throughout preconstruction, resulting in a budget-based design that meets the client’s needs

Specific requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a mechanical project manager on large ($20M plus) commercial projects
- Degree in Construction Management or Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering
