The Research Coordinator is a multifaceted position that works within a small team to identify and qualify exceptional talent for our clients.  The Research Coordinator is a critical part of a recruiting team. 

 

The Research Coordinator is expected to proficiently utilize software (Office 365, HireDesk and Salesforce) internet tools and resources (ATT Anywho, investing.businessweek.com, Data.com and others), navigate social networking sites such as LinkedIn and learn about multiple industries plus our proven recruiting process and business philosophy.  We expect a lot and deliver even more to our clients – that’s what makes us unique within our industry.  Training and learning are ongoing in our company.

 

You will receive training and mentoring from experienced/successful Research Coordinators. You will always know where you stand in our organization. 

 

The Recruiting Coordinator is the first step in your career with Largent & Associates. It will challenge you to; perform individually, work collaboratively, think creatively, communicate effectively – both verbally and in writing, and requires attention to detail. You will learn a lot and after demonstrating a reasonable level of proficiency can expect to be promoted. This is an extremely fast paced environment.

Job Requirements

Education, Skills, Experience

  • The successful candidate will hold an Associate’s degree. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, we want to see a genuine commitment to learning
  • At least two years of customer service experience is required, preferably in an HR, recruiting-related or office environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment.  Knowing when to be supportive and when to demand more from your teammates
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities; strong attention to detail – with an emphasis on accuracy
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must be comfortable working in an environment with dynamic priorities (this is not a firefighting environment)
  • Effective critical thinking, and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to multi-task with strong follow-up skills
  • Must have a genuine desire to take control and be proactive
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency with various software applications programs including MS Outlook, MS Word, Internet Explorer and/or Firefox. 
  • Proficiency with HireDesk and/or Salesforce.com are desirable, but not required – we will train
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, positive will-do attitude are REQUIRED
  • Ability to transition easily and quickly between working independently, and as a part of a small team
  • A willingness to share your ideas on how to improve things
  • A strong desire to be a critical member of a team and to be rewarded for your contributions
  • An intense desire and passion to grow and be successful both personally and professionally
