The Skokomish Tribe is seeking to hire Family Service Director The incumbent is responsible for managing and administering the following programs and personnel of the Skokomish Family Services (or Tuwaduq Family Services) Department: Family and Youth: Indian Child Welfare, General Assistance, Native Employment Works (NEW), Domestic Violence, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Temporary Assistance to Native Americans (TANF). Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with staff, departments, community and representatives of federal, state, local, and other agencies to address issues relevant. Directly supervises assigned staff and evaluates staff in assigned areas. Provide guidance and direction to staff regarding techniques and tools to collect and utilize data for evaluation and assessment of program effectiveness. Bachelors Degree in Social Work, and five (5) years of professional management in a social services program. DOQ Open until filled.
