A small local manufacturing company who is a leader in their industry, seeks a Director of Finance to help up their game even higher!  The Director of Finance they seek is someone who is a true leader; a finance expert from a manufacturing environment who can identify opportunities for improvement throughout and help make it happen!  The right person for this job opportunity is someone who will be genuinely excited about creating something and shaping the success of this company.  

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE for Director of Fiance Job Opportunity

4 year degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA or MBA preferred

10+ years experience in a $20M to $200M manufacturing environment w/ diverse experience in all aspects of finance

Success in leading change, significantly improving productivity and operational effectiveness in a best practice operational environment

Track record of developing and sustaining positive and constructive workforce relationships

Proven experience examining, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures

Six Sigma Experience – huge plus

Comfortable commuting distance to Mukilteo, WA

Clean background check – criminal / credit / drug free

$90k to $110k + 10% bonus
