The Business Office Coordinator will be responsible for many facets of the community including Human Resources, Training, Payroll, and Invoices.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining records and communicating information to central accounting for Resident billing
* Maintaining personnel files with personnel reports and assisting with benefits administration
* Organizing and maintaining resident, personnel, marketing, and resource files
* Preparing correspondence and other forms/documents needed for daily operations
* Responding to residents requests and assisting in the coordination of services to residents
* Assisting in providing and coordinating services to residents, families, and guests
Job Requirements
We seek the following qualifications:
* Must have a high school diploma or GED
* Must have a minimum of opne (1) year of experience in a similar role
*Must have prior experience in a Senior Living environment
* Must have working knowledge of KRONOS payroll system as well as Accounts Receivable/Payable
* Must have proficiency in word processing programs and Excel spreadsheets
* Must have proficient keyboard and data entry skills and the ability to use ten-key calculator
* Must have an exceptional ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in an extremely dynamic environment
* Must have effective problem-solving skills and a strong desire to help those who have questions and problems
* Must have excellent people skills and be able to positively interact with residents, residents families, and other associates
* Must have flexibility with schedule
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
