Home Health RN Clinical Manager

Job Description/Requirements:

 

The Signature Clinical Manager provides the day-to-day direction and operational management of the home health Services. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to coordinate and manage all clinical activities. The Clinical Manager reviews all client referrals and the timeliness of documentation, provides professional and technical guidance to professional and paraprofessional staff, and reviews and audits daily clinical documentation to meet State, Federal and reimbursement requirements. The candidate will be a licensed RN in the state of Washington, have at least 2 years of experience working with the geriatric population and 2 years experience in a supervisory role.
