Software Lab Engineer

Our client is the Pacific Northwests SIGNATURE SOFTWARE COMPANY seeking a self-driven Lab / Test Engineer for an excellent contract opportunity. Technologies required include WTT, Virtual Machines, Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, IIS, and SQL Database setup.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of experience working in a Lab or Operations team


• Experience managing lab machines


• Web services, SQL and other experiences


• General troubleshooting skills.


• Software and hardware setup and maintenance skills


• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving skills required


• Some testing experience, batch file or other scripting knowledge


• Knowledge of WTT and databases required


• Knowledge of Windows Server 2008 and 2008 R2 required


• Experience in managing high volume web services and virtual servers a plus


• Bachelors degree, technical training certification, Associates degree or equivalent work experience / training desirable

This contract position is expected to be 12 months in duration.
