CONTRACT - Display Support Technician

Description of Duties

  • Provides display/retail product support and return information for NMI, Starlight, and retail partners

  • Processes and enters incoming part orders and returns authorizations

  • Responds to customer questions

  • Adapts to and follows new procedures

  • Resolves part order problems

  • Provides support to other departments as required

  • Provides phone support for merchandising products

  • Repairs and reworks display inventory

  • Troubleshoots and tracks display problems

  • Assists with display part number creation and documentation as needed

  • Follows documented safety/ergonomic guidelines and operating procedures at all times

  • Creates and prints display support materials as needed

  • Overtime and holiday work may be required



 Requirements
Summary of Requirements
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Able to effectively translate complex information into common terms in both verbal and written communication

  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency about solving problems while achieving a high level of quality of work

  • One to two years related experience

  • Good PC skills (Word, Folio Views and Excel preferred)

  • Familiarity with data entry (AS400, Heat preferred)

  • Knowledge of NOA and Display product lines

  • Good math skills

  • AA in electronics preferred
