Job Title:DeliveryManagerRelevant Experience (Yrs) :6 to 10 yearsJob Description:Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for end to end management of service delivery of large 24x7 network infrastructure deployment program.
 
Responsibilities include –
  • Ensure service delivery meets customer requirements and expectations - SLA’s for timeliness, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Validate service performance across work streams and publish Service Dashboard on a periodic basis indicating project health
  • Review SLA metrics, conduct analysis on SLA breaches and present metrics report and improvement plans to customer
  • Conduct periodic review of operations and collect feedback from Client & Internal Management on operational efficiency and alignment with customer’s strategic roadmap
  • Identify action items based on review and ensure closure of gaps and suggestions / improvements
  • Manage geographically distributed (onsite/offshore) teams of network engineers / PMs across various work streams.
Necessary Skills :
  • Experience managing infrastructure service projects
  • Operations experience in a 24 x 7 x 365 support model
  • Drives through ambiguity, self-motivated, thrives with minimal supervision
  • Sound judgment, decision-making skills, and ability towork under continual deadline pressure
  • Excellent written / oral communication skills and presentation skills
  • Able to work closely with customers and manage expectations
  • Strong ability to map business strategy to technical roadmap and implementing the same
  • Ability to clearly articulate business and technical issues with staff, peers, superiors, and outside parties (e.g. vendors, partners).
  • Strong leadership, composure in crises, an awareness of how her/his behavior affects team
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills and ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams
  • Ability to influence, train, mentor and leverage the skills of technical team
Desired Skills  :
  • Hands on knowledge and/or experience managing infrastructure projects related to networking technologies
  • Good understanding and knowledge on networking concepts – routers, switches, load balancers, TCP/ IP protocol
  • Experience working with Microsoft Global Foundation Services
  • Experience working on SLA performance-based contracts
