SUMMARY:

It is the responsibility of the JI project manager to organize and direct all of the activities that are carried out in order to successfully complete a project.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Develops and executes a specific project plan by communicating with, and overseeing production
Must develop and analyze schedules, reporting on schedule progress weekly to the customer; Develops and releases work orders and purchases supplies
Performs design and drafting tasks related to the processing of a requested product
Designs tooling for projects, occasionally developing new tooling procedures
Must maintain a working understanding of the most recent software applications
Mentors new engineers and project managers
On a monthly basis project managers must review requests for proposals and calculate quotes for projects
Enforce 5S and AS9100 Standards and Practices throughout all work performed
Occasionally gives tours and represents JI in sales
Performs other duties as assigned
Behavior: The incumbent must work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines. The incumbent shall, at all times, demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors.

Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.
