The Worlds "Freshest," Largest and Fastest growing franchise company is searching for a Field Consultant in the Southwestern Washington Area. As a Field Consultant, you will assist franchise owners with the development and implementation of business plans to help grow their business including:
•Flawlessly executing the implementation of corporate policies and programs that will have a direct impact on the profitability of the market.
•Achievement of operational excellence by conducting monthly quality and image control inspections of each restaurant in their assigned area, and through coaching, training, and mentoring.
•Market development: Strategic planning to profitably build market share through local store marketing strategies on current locations, identifying areas to build new units and unit relocations.
•Providing business planning and financial reviews to maximize franchisee profitability.

 RequirementsFIELD CONSULTANTS:• Utilize laptop technology and travel by car to their assigned franchisee restaurants• Receive great benefits including mileage reimbursement according to the IRS Standards and a comprehensive benefits package including Regence Health insurance and dental insurance.• Receive most major holidays, nights and weekends off • Field Consultants start at 36,000 per year DOE

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
• Two years of restaurant management or related business experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong P&L/Financial analysis and computer skills are a must! (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
