Business / Functional Analyst

Responsibilities: Our client is our nations largest provider of data, voice, wire-line, and wireless products / services to the consumer and business market. They are in need of one to two strong business analysts that will be working on B2B related projects that support our clients customers online care, billing, and account management team. This application has seen a lot of growth due to a huge push into the small business customer market segment.

Business Analysis Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of business analysis ideally in an eCommerce or IT related environment


• 1-2 years of Project Management experience


• Demonstrated interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership skills


• Must be able to translate requirements in a manner in which internal and external customers can understand; but also in a manner in which development teams can understand


• Strong understanding of various software development methodologies such as traditional Waterfall, Agile, and Extreme programming


• Must be comfortable working with end customers


• Must be willing to work in a challenging and fast paced environment
