Recruiting Coordinator


The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) works very closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of the organization. The successful candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moments notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.




Responsibilities:



High volume interview scheduling including working directly with candidates and hiring managers to successfully handle complex scheduling requirements



Oversee coordination of all on site interviews including conference room reservations, confirmations to candidates and interview team, interview packets to interviewers, and in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates. May also act as host to visiting candidates, greeting and escorting them to interviews



Manage all aspects of job posting process in applicant tracking system and other job boards



Maintain and update information within applicant tracking system including but not limited to job posting templates, requisition status, and candidate status



Assist with collection and tracking of interview feedback documents



Manage all transactional activities related to post offer stage of recruitment processes (i.e. collection and processing of offer paperwork, partnering with HR Service Center on missing paperwork, background check status, etc)



Consistently identify opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that impact the broader recruiting team



May assist Recruiters with sourcing and initial screening of candidates as needed



Assist recruiting and HR Business Partner teams with special projects as needed



Knowledge/Skills/Abilities



Must have experience using applicant tracking systems and be adept at learning new systems and processes quickly



Technically proficient with MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word



Proven ability to build strong relationships with HR team, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders in the business



Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment



Detail oriented, analytical and a self-starter



Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)



Strong teamwork skills with track record of collaboration, accountability and proactively anticipating the needs of the team and the business



Ability to multi-task and prioritize



Education and Experience:



Bachelors degree preferred



Minimum 3 years experience in recruiting or HR coordinator role (i.e. interview scheduling, candidate/hiring manager management, booking travel, processing expenses, etc.)

Electronic Assembler

Job Classification: Contract

This Assembler III position requires multitasking performance of a variety of work ranging from soldering, rework, and inspection operations to assembly of electronic products. This position requires the ability to with small parts, and will require working under a microscope. Said individual must be Safety minded in all operations including chemical usage & disposal.
Must be process oriented and follow instructions given by Service Bulletins, prints, or other written documentation yet be able to receive general written or verbal instructions on routine assignments and easily interface with team members in order to solve issues and complete tasks. Must possess the ability to be flexible and willingly take active initiative towards learning new techniques and products.

Candidate will need to support the Operating System culture and activities including 5S, Continuous Improvement, Kanban supply systems, and uses of visual management to escalate issues and track metrics.

In addition to assembler function, the candidate will be needed to operate several computer based test fixtures at one time. These tasks could require lifting upwards of 30lbs in order to move attachments to testing stations. Candidate must be very comfortable with using multiple windows based operating systems.

The candidate must be willing to work on either 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent; will consider 3 years of electronic assembly experience in lieu of education

    Lotus Notes Administrator - Domino Administrator

This will be for 2-3 months and $$$$ is really good. Client near Seattle, WA is seeking an external resource to assist us with Lotus Notes/Domino Administration.  The request described below is for a Mid-level to Senior Lotus Notes Administrator, with the required skills described below. You must be onsite for 2-3 months and the rate is going to be between $60-$80/hr. If you are not interested please pass along to colleagues/associates for review, thank you and have a nice day. Role DescriptionThe selected individual will be experienced working with Lotus Notes Domino Servers and clients during upgrades and while migrating to an Exchange environment.  This person would be the part of a team of Notes Administrators and also part of a bigger application administration team for supporting 1500 users.  This person will assist with day to day Helpdesk tickets and as time permits would assist with managing projects tasks and doing some configuration and troubleshooting for the back-end servers and systems related to email and notes client applications (both web and client).  This person would also be in charge of interfacing with the upgrade team and providing support for both the Lotus Notes upgrade (V6.5.4 to V8.5.2) as well as the migration project to Microsoft Exchange. Tasks
    • Configure domino servers and assist with troubleshooting performance issues related to NSD or crash files
    • Troubleshoot mail routing issues (NRPC, SMTP, POP, IMAP)  as needed including support of Blackberry and Traveler Domino Servers
    • Troubleshoot Domino clustering issues as needed and come up with a monitoring strategy going forward using third party Notes tools
    • Bring online new domino servers both for testing new functionality on existing servers and configuring new features in the existing environment.
    • High Level support of End users of Notes client in a tier 4/5 position
    • Escalating tickets and coordinating troubleshooting with Notes Development resources to resolve issues
     Required Skills and Experience:
    • 4-6 Years Experience with Domino System Administration (V5-V8.5.2)
    • 3+ Years Experience with troubleshooting Lotus Notes client issues
    • Relevant experience with IBM Lotus products (R6 and above) for messaging and collaborations, such as Messaging, Domino web application
    • Experience with relevant server platforms and operating systems (Windows ), directory services (LDAP), SMTP/MIME
    • Understanding of DNS and basic troubleshooting skills as it relates to the Domino Application/Mail servers
    • Specific experience in setting up Domino Servers (V6-V8.5.2) and troubleshooting Domino Notes Client and Web Applications. 
    • Experience with Domino web site documents, global domain documents, connection documents (replication and mail routing within Notes Named Networks as well as simply with weighted connections documents). 
    • Experience working in several different cross certified Notes domains for both applications and messaging. 
    • Experience with Notes Client Policies enforcement
    • Must be willing to work flexible hours and will need to be on-call (on-call is defined as having a pager and responding to emergency calls from 4:30 am to 10 pm, Mon-Sun, every third week)
