Quality Assurance Technician at Seattle

A Kforce client is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer, with hands-on UI testing experience.

Job Description:

This role requires verification of specifications, strong QA processes, maintain testing documentation and manually executing UI test cases. This position requires strong testing skills, ownership and some coding/scripting ability. The ideal candidate will have experience in front-end UI testing as well as an end-to-end understanding of common QA tools and practices. They will expect the candidate to work both independently as well as in collaboration with the development staff.

Basic Qualifications:

• Manual testing experience


• UI testing experience


• Shell scripting


• Strong knowledge of QA best practices


• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle .Excellent written and spoken communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience testing mobile devices


• Familiarity with Jira bug tracking system
