Caesarstone, a nationwide distributer of engineered quartz, currently seeks a field Sales Representative to promote, market and sell Caesarstone. The successful candidate will assist manage a territory of accounts in the North Seattle market. This person will lead the marketing/sales and account acquisitions efforts for Caesarstone in their individual territory.
Successful candidate will promotes Caesarstone services, reputation, and competencies to new prospects. Develop and maintains a list of account acquisition targets, will call on prospective accounts, as well as maintain current accounts/customers. Must able to travel with limited restrictions.
Essential duties in this role include the following:
- Develops and maintains pipeline of potential accounts; proactively call on new clients and respond to qualified leads;
- Represents Caesarstone at trade shows and conferences as needed;
- Analyzes needs of internal/external customers and recommend relevant solutions and services;
- Works with commercial and residential partners, where appropriate, to develop customer relationships and solutions.
- Researches competitors;
- Keeps abreast of industry competitive conditions;
- Leads and participates in sales negotiations as appropriate with leadership
- Valid state Driver License
- Have minimum 2-5 years of similar industry knowledge
- Be able to effectively manage all customers/accounts within designated territory
- Must have CRM Experience, Sales Logix a plus!
- Must have 2-5 years of field Sales experience
