User Experience Design Support at Bothell

Our client is in the process of leading a responsive/adaptive redesign of our core website, as well as emails and landing pages specific to our lead nurture program.
We are seeking an interaction designer, experienced in adaptive/responsive design, to support this initiative, as well as additional related and subsequent projects, as we evolve how/when/where we learn about and market to our business customers in the digital space.

Ideal candidate will have the following

Small/basic design assignments (image assets for webpages and emails)

• Larger scale assignments involving multiple comps, sometimes complex requirements, as well as creation/optimization of production-ready artwork


• Wireframing (iteration, proof of concept, UI/UX)


• Written requirements documentation, guidelines, specifications, etc.


• Prototyping (if within skillset)


• UAT/QA emails, webpages, A-B or multivariate test pages/components, etc.

Skills & Experience

• Strong current/recent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (preferred for most work), experience with CS6 a plus


• Working knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, etc.)


• Strong current/recent experience with PC (PC-only environment, no Mac)


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)


• Current/recent experience with responsive/adaptive design and related technologies


• Some knowledge of CSS and basic HTML coding principles


• Ability to analyze/process complex requirements


• Strong attention to detail


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Proven, current/recent ability to work independently and efficiently in a virtual office, work-from-home environment)


• BA or comparable work experience required
