Technical Program Manager at Seattle

Our client is seeking a SharePoint Project Manager in Seattle, WA.

The project enables customers to take advantage of Free Shipping on third party items, while sellers can focus on selling rather than shipping and order logistics. The Roadmap team was formed to help prioritize and deliver the most important projects for our customers and Sellers. Our vision is to build products that create value in the supply chain and enable our customer-focused virtuous cycle of price, selection, and convenience

You will design, build, and own a new SharePoint site for managing hundreds of projects. You will support hundreds of internal users from all around the globe and also, build, and deliver reports, views and graphs to internal teams using SharePoint, Access, and Excel. Throughout the course of the project, you will have the opportunity to identify process improvements and potential for tool optimization. This is a visible team within the organization, and you will interact with product managers, software development managers and FBA business leaders. You will improve the user experience in entering and viewing data for the project portfolio. If you do not have power-user SharePoint skills, please do not apply.

Basic Qualifications:


  • 2+ years work experience in project management

  • Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Must have strong SharePoint experience and skills



Preferred Qualifications:


  • BA/BS in Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

  • Positive, proactive, detail oriented and driven to succeed

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience + Visual Basic coding

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Desire to learn new concepts quickly

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with experience analyzing complex data sets

  • Good listening skills, with the ability to uncover underlying needs

  • Demonstrated thought leadership in portals, web content management or SharePoint

  • Experience working with design, implementation, and support of knowledge management solutions and related technologies for collaborative information sharing *Working knowledge of SharePoint Designer

  • Working knowledge of SharePoint list/libraries/webparts
