About the Opportunity:

RecRx is a product that automates the reconciliation process for pharmacy claim payment from third party payers. The primary responsibility of the Reconciliation Analyst is to assist with the set up, customer support, and monthly audits of the electronic file packages from the insurance companies. The analyst will research and resolve customer issues utilizing numerous Net-Rx resources.

Essential Job Functions:

Point of contact for customers to ensure their needs are being met via phone and e-mails.

Set up new account file packets from pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs)

Perform audit for all accounts, identifying missing data and resolving issues

Schedule new customer training

Provide customer support via phone, email and live chat.

Job Requirements:

HS Diploma required, AA or BS/BA in general or business related studies a plus

2+ years experience in administration or analytical role Pharmacy or medical billing experience a plus

Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Solid verbal/written communications skills essential

Excellent customer service experience required

Ability to multitask and remain organized is necessary

Ability to be a team player
