Compensation: $81,000.99 to $99,000.99 per year

Robert Half technology is currently recruiting a Technical Program Manager for a Tacoma based company.The Product Manager role will develop comprehensive product plans for products and services relating to our threat collaboration platform. Product plans will include roadmap, features, competitive analysis, and tactical partner integrations that drive the platform to reach and exceed revenue and customer growth forecasts. The role is responsible for gathering detailed use cases, functional specifications, platform workflows and general requirements by working with internal stakeholders, external clients, vendors and partners. You will clearly define and measure product management deliverables against product roadmap, stakeholder, and revenue milestones and apply sound analysis and proven strategies to deliver against a rapidly changing security services landscape. ResponsibilitiesWorking with all external partner/customer interactions to drive features, determine requirements, elicit feedback, perform evaluations, and drive the evolution of our products from the business/customer side.Lead in the development of product plans, roadmaps, features, and competitive analysis. Excel in technical writing including: feature specifications, use cases, flowcharting, and user interface general designResearch product solutions, documenting features/capabilities, and limitationsLead business meetings and brainstorm solution ideas, requirement gathering with key stakeholders, customers, and partnersInteract with program managers and development resources via Agile development methodologies, quality assurance techniques and defect reporting procedures as neededQualifications5-10 years of successful experience in product management, program/project management in a high tech industry Strong technical, organizational, analytical and execution skillsExceptional written and verbal communications skillsBA/BS degree required, MBA a plusExperience with creating functional specifications, workflow diagrams, html prototypes requiredComprehensive understanding of Agile software engineering methodology, best practices, and standards Understanding of networking and security technologies requiredIf interested email your resume and contact information to [Click Here to Email Your Resum]
