We are currently recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Consumer Systems team at our world headquarters team in Vancouver, WA.

SUMMARY
The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) analyzes and evaluates business processes and systems and user needs. Based on what’s learned, the BSA formulates changes and requests to parallel overall business strategies. This person is a cross-functional subject matter expert who understands business procedures, rules and processes of Customer Relationship Management systems as well as backend applications integrated to the CRM system. The BSA works with other teams as an integral part of the process management process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze existing business processes and define business solutions and software functionality projects and systems modifications.
• Integrate SAAS software with NetSuite, Arena, EBiz, SPS, reporting and ecommerce systems.
• Address design issues and enhancements reported as SIRs and modifications. Define flexible, easy to use and aesthetically pleasing interfaces to support business functionality.
• Clearly articulate functional descriptions to be used by development, quality assurance, documentation and customer support (Use Cases, Opportunity Assessments, Test Cases).
• Review development plans, quality assurance test plans and user documentation to ensure correct interpretation of original specifications.
• Work with developers to ensure effective implementation and minimize impact of design changes.
• Review software releases for adherence to specifications, design standards, and usability.
• Participate in the review and evaluation of SIRs to determine appropriate course of action.
• Maintain good working relationships with other departments in order to ensure successful releases by working cooperatively in addressing all issues correctly and quickly.
• Utilize the Business Process Model and complementary Test Case development documentation and Requirements Documents to communicate detailed system needs so that, in collaboration with Business and IT solutions, can be comprehensively evaluated and compared and Gap Analysis performed as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Requires a Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience in business process design, systems analysis or in a related area, plus 3 years of experience with order processing systems, ERP applications, enterprise level integration including EDI and ecommerce applications is preferred. 
• Expertise working in multiple systems, both canned and custom.
• General experience or knowledge of concepts, relational database concepts, software design concepts, object oriented design, and requirement management.
• Experience working with end users in a software environment.
• Experience in distribution, order management, Accounting/ Finance and forecasting / planning within NetSuite, Arena, SPS and Ebiz a plus.
