DUTIES:Back to top The incumbent provides administrative support to both administrative and clinical staff of Mental Health Services, American Lake Division, with the goal of fulfilling the Mental Health Services mission of providing the highest level of services to patients of the VA Puget Sound Health Care System.  The administrative support assistant for Mental Health Services performs a wide range of administrative duties related to acquisition and/or development of program information and resource materials to support policy development and activities of Mental Health Service.  Serves as a primary and/or alternate timekeeper understanding rules and regulations of the VA PAID system and establish good rapport with accounting personnel.
